car under service agreement but had to pay for brake fluid change which was due and apparently not covered under service agreement . why not. ??. otherwise good service from all staff..
Overall extremely satisfied. The only very slight alteration I would have made - I would like to have seen first hand how to operate the new parking assist features in the car. While I had seen the function, a physical demonstration would be great.
Despite informing the dealership that I had removed the memory card to disable my front and rear video cameras, for the second successive visit the cameras were disconnected, and then not reconnected before the vehicle was handed back to me.
Not a Service an MOT as had brake fluid service done elsewhere see above.Even with MOT was quoted £55 by BMW the garage directly across the road does them for £40 so BMW price matched.

Extra 2 hour delay completing the work on the rear brakes. Without this I would have given 5 stars

I booked vehicle in for a Tracking device to be fitted. Estimated time was 2 hours. It took 4.1/2 hours due to problems connecting from the dealership to Trackstar. I would not have felt so frustrated if service reception had kept me informed.

I was fully informed about the condition of the car and the service carried out. It was completed and available before the time requested. The paper work clearly showed what had been checked and the condition of brake pads and tyres indicated.
Pirelli Tyres on car from new have done 16000 miles car two and a half years old making a noise and told that back tyres are feathering and nothing to be done about it from BMW as does not come under car warranty, bad reports on google about Pirelli
Good experience. Quick, courteous although I think overall BMW servicing costs are a little high
Love the video they send us- service I requested dealt with promptly and work finished on time ( as promised) lift offered back home should I have needed one

Excellent service overall. Had booked for MOT only, but when it transpired that the service was due, this was accommodated the same day. I was immediately offered a loan of a car. I was giving very detailed information on how the car heads performed
Loan car was dirty with 6 miles of fuel left in the tank by the time I got to a fuel station... On return I was sent outside with my keys only to have to go back in and ask where my car was. It was then brought from the rear of the premises...

Booked a morning appointment 9AM, I was told they would service all others cars with people waiting for them before mine. Whats the point in asking what time i want to book in? I needed the car PM, it wasn't ready until 4pm.
Only one slight problem: I asked for the car to be ready at noon, but somehow it was scheduled to be available at 2.00pm. I turned up to collect it at 1.00pm and it was ready at 1.45pm.
The car was not seen to until passed the scheduled time it was due to be given back. What should have been a 60-90 minute wait ended up being 3.5 hour wait.
Decent people whom always took time to explain everything to me and kept me informed. The malton bmw people are a credit to the bmw name.
Always a very caring, friendly and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and consistently go that extra mile. A credit to the BMW brand.

Car needed an update, and as I live some distance away, needed this done while I waited. Cooper's ensured that the time allocated was kept to and ensured I wasn't kept waiting unnecessarily.
